What Can You Do When You Absolutely Need An Authentic Online Memorial?
People want to hear beautiful words at a funeral. That's how saying goodbye begins.
The virus restricts what happens at traditional funerals. Without the opportunity to hear those words, you might be feeling upset, that somehow you were unable to do the best that you could for the one who died?
I want to help you change that.
Most online memorials offer the chance to write a few words and add a couple of photos. But that's the last thing you feel like doing, I know. So let me do that for you. I've written over 700 eulogies. Each eulogy is as unique as the person who died. I can capture the essence of their personality and genuinely reflect the character of who they were.
Yes, what I do is more in-depth and more expensive than other online memorials, but you will only get one chance to say goodbye.
78 Questions To Tell Me About Your Loved One
I want to learn as much as I can about your loved one.
Each life is unique; every person a story to tell. How do I start to discover what to say about them?
I've helped over 700 families say goodbye to someone they love. So I've learned what questions are best to ask. Over the 7 years that I have been writing eulogies, I have developed and refined 78 questions that help me discover someone's personality and character. After I have received the answers, we can chat together for as long as it takes to help me write beautiful words for their online memorial.

"I HIGHLY recommend Peter and his services... losing someone you care about is terrible, but he made it slightly less painful as we worked together"

A List of Facts Is Not The Story Of A Life
I start by collecting all those answers, but I don't end up with a list of dry biographical facts. I find the story of a life.
Biographical information helps, but how those people made you feel, is far more critical. I want to write about how the world is a better place because they lived.
Writing unique one-off eulogies has become something of a speciality for me. Many of those 700 families would tell you the words I wrote sounded like I have known their loved one for many years. I could do that for your loved one also.
"The eulogy he gave was superb it captured mums spirit, her life and her happy marriage to our late dad."

What To Expect When We Work Together
I try to keep the process as simple and straightforward as possible because my role is to help you at this stressful time, not confuse you. I want to take away from you the worry of bringing together those beautiful words for your loved one.
1 - Questionnaire and Consultation
To start working together, you will first need to purchase an online memorial service. Then decide if you want to add the photo Tribute Presentation and/or Audio download options.
Once you've decided to move forward, I will send you an in-depth questionnaire to help me to get to know about your loved one. It isn't easy to bring to mind memories on-demand, so these 78 questions help me start to learn about your loved one.
When I receive these answers, we then arrange a time to chat using a phone or video conference. I would anticipate this to be an hour or so conversation. But it can be as long as it takes to make sure I have all the information I need to capture their character and personality.

2 - Completing The First Draft
I then write the first draft of the online memorial service.
While I am writing this draft, you can send me photos. Also, if there any personal messages, poems or songs, we will add into the final online memorial service. I will be researching relevant quotes, writing a title and bringing the draft together for you to read.
It can be quite challenging to read these words. There is no rush, we take it at a pace that is helpful for you.
Typically, I get the first draft back to you with 5 - 7 days or less after I receive the questionnaire back . I am usually booked between 1 - 2 weeks in advance.
"Peter has rare gifts borne out being a good listener, a sympathetic approach, and inspired literary interpretation to summarise ... the essence of a person’s life..."

3 - Unlimited Revisions
There are unlimited revisions of the draft text because I want you to be 100% pleased with how I have captured the essence of your loved one in words.
I have 55 5* star reviews on Google business reviews. This is because I will keep working until you (and I) feel we have the best picture of your loved one in those words.
My goal is for you to feel ready to share these words and pictures with everyone online. Nothing is too much trouble to perfectly capture the essence of your relative’s personality, and I will keep working until you are ready to do that.

4 - Publish The Online Memorial Service
A link is sent to you of the final version of the online memorial service, with the photo tributes and audio sections added. We make sure this is password protected. You can keep the service completely private if that's what you would want.
We do not share your weblink and password, only you do.
Alternatively, you can share the link on social media and let everyone see the online memorial service. There is an option for people to send messages to you. These come directly to your inbox. No condolence messages are shared onto the page, so you needn't worry about unwanted comments appearing there. Visitors to the page can download a formatted PDF of the memorial service eulogy, and similar to a podcast, download a copy of the audio file to keep.
Are Your Ready To Organise An Online Memorial Service For Your Loved One?
There maybe be other questions you have? That’s ok. Why don’t we start a conversation together? What’s more important to me than a purchase, is making sure this is the right service for you. Let’s have a chat together about it.
"Overall, we were delighted to have worked with Peter on the service and would highly recommend him."
